Charlotte startup Koulomb opens its first commercial EV-charging station at Matthews shopping center

It’s taken longer than originally hoped, but Charlotte startup Koulomb has opened its first commercial electric-vehicle charging station in the Chestnut Arbor Shopping Center in Matthews. The company already has multiple additional sites mapped out in the Charlotte area, plus two more markets.
